Purpose of consultancy:

The primary function of the IMA for RRM will provide information management support to:

  • Reproductive health program
  • GBV program
  • GBV sub cluster in Hodeida
  •  RRM program and I/NGOs

with regard to data collection, data analysis, databases management, GIS, cartography and spatial analysis.

Scope of work:

  • Provide capacity building to partners and sub cluster members in order to facilitate better identification of humanitarian needs and gaps of humanitarian assistance inside of Hodeida hub.
  • Facilitate mobile data collection, form development and data management.
  • Generate statistical reports, graphs, maps and follow up on specific trends.
  • Support to new and ongoing assessments
  • Advice partners and sub cluster members on IM best practices.
  • Provide regular reports on progress made, main challenges/constraints faced and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform any other information management duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Duration and working schedule:

6 Months


Place where services are to be delivered:

Filed visits to four governorates in Hodeida hub if requested.


Delivery dates and how work will be delivered (e.g. electronic, hard copy etc.):

  • Contribute to periodic weekly and monthly reports including SitReps to be submitted electronically (trough developed reporting systems).
