While people overall are living better lives than they were a decade ago, progress to ensure that no one is left behind has not been rapid enough in Yemen to meet the targets of the 2030 Agenda. The rate of Yemen progress is not keeping pace with the ambitions of the Agenda, necessitating immediate and accelerated action by all stakeholders at all levels the Report reveals.
